American Health Fitness Centers Childcare

American Health Fitness Centers is proud to offer childcare for the parent who wants to live a better and healthier life with their child. The service is for parents who have a child or children between the ages of 1 and 10 years of age. The service is only $2.00 for two hours of childcare per child.

The guidelines for child care:

1. All children must be between the ages of 1 and 10
2. The Fee for the service is $2.00 per child per visit. This fee must be paid before you leave to workout. Please make sure you bring the correct change or if you plan to use this service often child care credit cards are available.
3. Length of stay is limited to two hours.
4. Parents must remain in the club at all times while the child/children are being cared for.
5. The maximum number of children allowed in child care is 10.
6. Everyone must make a reservation. You need to call during child care hours to schedule an appointment. If you do not have a reservation there may not be a childcare attendant to watch your child. If you need to cancel a reservation please call two hours ahead of time to cancel. If you fail to cancel and do not show up you will be charged double the next time.
7. Snacks - if you feel your child may need a snack, please bring one in for them. Dry snacks are preferred (pretzels, Animal Crackers, or Cheerios). We do not expect children to share their snacks. Drinks - Please make sure your child's drink is in a non-spillable cup or bottle.
