and stamina. Isolate core muscles it’s well suited for people of all
ages and fitness levels.
Power Pump:
An intense workout focusing on light weights and high reps to increase
strength and improve definition
and shape.
Ab Workout:
A full 45 min. devoted to
your abdominals and your
core muscle groups.

         
Zumba:
Zumba Fitness is a cardio dance fitness class with a Latin based music style and easy-to-follow dance moves. You'll shimmy and dance your way to better health!
  Burn it with Zo:
